Fickle may be defined as sudden or erratic changes in attachments or affections. A few examples include 'Nowhere else could a man find so fickle a friend', 'She was unable to stick to a single job because of her fickle nature'. Fickle also indicates erratic, unexpected or sudden changes. Some examples are' fickle weather', 'fickle character' and 'the actress has a fickle love life'.

Little Miss Fickle was one of the stories in the Little Miss series of children's books. These are written by Roger Hargreaves. The series has 30 books altogether and began in 1981. Other books in the series include Little Miss Naughty, Little Miss Bossy, Little Miss Giggles, Little Miss Fun, Little Miss Quick and Little Miss Late. In addition there is a Mr. Men Series by the same author.

One who says one thing in general and then contradicts oneself and denies initial saying.    One who says they want one thing, get what they want, and then redefines what they want, and drops what they have based upon request only to pursue new idealism.  A person who cannot fulfill their request(s) and makes all others around them feel like they have failed this person.
