The word dynamo is used for a kind of device that has the capability to convert the mechanical energy into the electrical energy. The mechanical energy comes from the movement of the device where the dynamo is being fitted. You can find the device in use in a cycle where it is fitted in the wheel and when the wheel moves the dynamo takes energy from it and then converts it into electrical energy and supplies it to the headlight of the bicycle.

Sometimes the word is used to describe a person also who has the attribute of having a lot of energy. The following sentence can better describe the term in this context: The girl is simply a human dynamo. In the sentence the girl is having a lot of energy.
