The word "deterministic" means that every action that has been performed has its own predictable causes. It also means that every action can be predicted. The word deterministic is an adjective derived from the word "Determinist" which refers to a person who believes himself as a powerless being in order to change his destiny. There have been many great philosophers who believed in the concept of "Determinism" such as Omar Khayyam, David Hume, William James and many more. Determinists do not believe in the conception of free will as it is considered an illusion by them. It is also believed by determinist that the human can expect himself to know and understand everything once he is aware of all the rules or laws of this infinite universe.

Being deterministic means; to predict a certain action that will duly take place because of set rules of laws that exists.

Deterministic is also a type of algorithm discussed in computer science.

The word "deterministic" is a noun and it describes a doctrine that everything, including an individuals' choice of action, is the consequence of a sequence of causes. Basically deterministic shows the ability to objectively predict a result of an activity due to prior knowledge of a cause.
