Cabernet Sauvignon is variety of a grape. It is a type of a red grape variety. These grapes are mainly used for the making and production of wine. The red grape is one of the most planted species in world. They are also known as the noble grape varieties. Many of the wines made in Bordeaux have the red grape as its principle element. The Red Grape is grown in almost all the regions that produce wines. Red grapes take a long season to grow and ripen properly; they however give very low yields.

The Red Bordeaux one of the finest red wines in the world is made of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Good quality red wines can remain consumable for decades; they can remain drinkable for a century.
