Poaching is commonly known as illegal hunting or fishing. It is illegal since a poacher never has an appropriate license or the right to kill the animal is meant for somebody else. It could also be illegal since the means used is against a law. It could also be considered since the animals that are supposed to be killed may be considered to be extinct.

Poaching also refers to some kind of damage done to the soil. This happens mostly in conditions that are wet and soggy. It also refers to as a procedure of softly simmering foodstuff in liquid like water, stock or wine. Poaching is also mainly appropriate for easily broken food, like, poultry, fish and fruit, which might with no trouble, break easily.
