Natal refers to name of places found almost everywhere; to name a few, Natal is a town that is situated in Rio Grande do Norte in Brazil. It is also a city that lies in Indonesia on Sumatra. In South Africa you have four places with the same very name. First is the Natalia Republic, which is a previous country, second, Colony of Natal, which was considered as an earlier British colony, third is the Natal Province, which was a former province and last you have KwaZulu-Natal Province, which still exist as a region in south Africa. You also have a former and a very well known Catholic missionary jurisdiction, called as Vicariate Apostolic of Natal.
