Indeterminate has various meanings in various references. In Botany, indeterminate is linked with the growth. It refers to a growth that is to say not completed in disparity to determinate development that discontinues once a hereditarily encoded arrangement has finally shaped. Therefore when a plant grows and produces flowers and fruits, if they are not killed by the cold or any other external factor, it is called as indeterminate.
