Quick stop and all of you do it when you run, when you stop running you kinda get out of control in your stop cause you were running fast and your legs just go in the air. You also do it singing, if you don't know a song but your trying and you don't know it well, when the song ends or in a part the singer pauses, you like go like ooh what in the world! Cause your trying to sing the lyrics and it just stops out of no were, you get out of control and you give it a quick stop so ...ABRUPT MEANS A QUICK STOP....
