Innocent has several meanings to it. The main meaning considered by many is 'not guilty of a crime'. A child's look is also considered to be very innocent. It is derived from the Middle English and also from the Old French word, innocēns, and innocent.

Innocent is also considered to be something that is not experienced or worldly, something that is really naïve. It is considered to be something like a simple, guileless, inexperienced, or unsophisticated person.

It means if you are in court and you are not proven guilty you are innocent. Another description is abuse, say one of your siblings are drinking and they are depressed and they mad just thinking about it so that start to hit you and through you around the house and across the floor.
