Syntactically is an adverb form of the noun "syntax." Anything which conforms or pertains to the rule of the syntax is sad to be syntactically correct. Syntax is nothing but the grammatical sequence or arrangement of words in a sentence. Though syntax is usually restricted to usage in grammar, it is also used to denote a systematic orderly arrangement of things. The word could simply mean "according to the rules."
A sentence which is syntactically correct makes grammatical sense and also conveys a certain meaning. To make a certain sentence syntactically correct, one must see that the parts of speech like nouns, adjectives, verb, adverbs etc are properly arranged and seated in the right order in a phrase, clause or a sentence to sound and appear meaningful.
