What Is The Meaning Of Term "Bla Bla Bla"?

When you are defining any thing to anyone and you think some part of that thing of no use to define you say bla bla bla. 

But some people take it as 'and so on'. It means useless expansion of any matter.

Anything, in context to the current topic or discussion. We write this as "etc." but now-a-days we speak it as bla bla bla.
