The name Cashola refers to a new type of progressive jackpot game that is provided by certain states in America. Its provider is the MUSL who also provides the Powerball and Wild Card Two lottery games. The progressive jackpot machine is currently placed in licensed racetracks and casino venues in Delaware, Rhode Island and West Virginia and play is restricted to the opening times of these venues.

The list of venues can be found on the Cashola website. A benefit of the computerised game is that it is played across all jurisdictions. The jackpot accumulates until it is won, and it estimated to be able to reach over $1 million in prize money. To be eligible for the jackpot prize, the player must stake at least $2.25 on any single play.

If 5 Cashola symbols show, then they win the jackpot amount shown at the exact time of their win, with the prize taking up to 2 weeks to be received. An interesting feature is that the jackpot amount can be claimed either as a lump sum or as annual payments spread out over 29 years with an initial sum also. The chances of hitting the jackpot are low; currently standing at 1 in 7 million.
