Me too! Maybe their phone lines wouldnt be so tied up if they didnt insist on putting all of these cryptic messages on our online accounts. So far mine has went from "denied", to "break in claim " to "pay held". And each time I have called in to see what each thing meant. I got the "pay held" after midnight last night so I havent called about that one yet. I will in about 25 mins though. I will post if I get a clear answer. (clear answer!, ha ha ha ha ha)
I got the same on mine too! I was off for 3 weeks - got paid for 2 - one was a waiting week, then I got called back to work for one week - got paid for that one week - from work, then I was laid off again for 2 weeks. Those last 2 weeks still show "pay held". Everytime I try to call, I get a message saying they are "experiencing unusually high call volume, please try your call later", then the system just hangs up. It is crazy, I am not sure what to do.
Don't know but I have the same thing on mine.
