The Grant, Bargain and Sale Deed is a type of a deed which the seller issues it to the buyer of a certain property which is currently held by the seller. The deed suggests that the seller is ready to grant the privileges of the property by transferring the buyer's name in the property. The deed mentions that the seller is transferring the property to the buyer's name but is not providing him with any warranties. The deed is prepared mainly to transfer the title. A warranty is referred to as an assurance given by the buyer to the seller or the seller to they buyer. It is a kind of a promise to complete the deal or the transaction.
