I believe it's Haitian and it didn't translate into English very well, it made no sense.

This question has been kicking around the Q&A websites for several years. It's almost certainly a (badly written, or transcribed, or (French) phonetically-written) French patois. As Hippy says, Haitian is a good candidate.
