In singular meaning "live the dream" is written as "Vive somnium"

But in the plural sense it is written as "Vivite somnium".

Sorry I'm simple minded..

So, Living the dream is "Vivite somnium"

and

live the dream is "Vive somnium"

Correct?

Vive and Vivite are the imperative mood of the verb, which is like you are telling someone to live the dream, a command. Vive is used when addressing one person, Vivite when addressing multiple people.

I would use Vive, since it follows the form of the more common phrase, Carpe Diem.

Hope that helps!
