What Is The Meaning Of The Song "Do I?" By Luke Bryan

I disagree with Milybetter.  If you look on CMT Insider, Luke himself says that the video is about a guy (him), the guy's wife, and her being in a situation where she could have cheated and chose not to.  There are 2 guys in the video, not just 1.  Look a little closer next time, the guys look very much alike, but only 1 is Luke.

I'm pretty sure Milybetter is right though.. I don't see anything about anyone cheating in the video... The guy walking away at the end is him "wanting" to give up hope... But he, himself, goes back to her because he has hope that things can work out

I think the song is talking about how she wants her husband back and
she knows what she did was wrong. There is another boy that likes her
and wants to be hers, but she wants her husband and she wants everything
that he can give her no the other guy.
