Muscular Strength is defined by
the ability of your body's muscle to generate force in a short period of
time.

Muscular strength should be apart of anyones training program.  Training
for muscular strength should consist of 2-4 repetitions and muscular
failure should occur.

Creatine Phosphate and Carbohydrates are the primary source of
ATP during this quick training phase.

  Make sure you train your
connective tissues well before you attempt a muscular strength phase of
training.
