Micah -- which sounds like "My-kah"

It means "like unto who?", meaning perhaps "unique", or perhaps "who is like God?" (hopeful question, not a definite label!) gets written as

מִיכָה

in Hebrew.

Read more about the name and its origin, mentions in the Bible, etc.  Derivative nicknames include Mike, Mikey, Mical, Mycah.  Michael was a variant spelling of Micah, originally.
