"Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining",what Does This Proverb Mean?

I think every person has the hidden talent.at one time that will be disclosed.

It means that even in a bad situation, there is usually one aspect of it that is good, for someone at least. For example, someone loses his/her job, which is bad, but this gives them an opportunity to retrain, or be with their family more - that could be the silver lining in the cloud.

It means that every person has some good qualities in them not only the bad qualities are there.

I think it means there is always a good thing even in things that seem bad.as long as you look hard enough then you will see "the silver lining of the cloud"(the cloud as the bad thing and the silver lining is the good thing/aspect)
