I like dark warrior better than brown warrior. Brown warrior always got me teased....they'd say, oh yeah, duncan (my surname), your ancestors were butt pirates huh? So I started saying Bronze skinned warrior, but dark warrior sounds cooler!

Sounds like Duncan, is a kick ass name.. During slavery in the US, a few masters had this name and it was pasted on to their slaves. So Duncan meaning dark or brown warrior goes well with the descendants of slaves.
