What Does The Saying "You Are Being A Pill" Mean?

It means "you're being unpleasant".  It's like saying "You're being a real pain in the butt."  For example, if your kid had been whiny and troublesome all day, you might eventually turn to them and say, "Stop it.  You're being a pill."
