Same as Euro-Centric,Afro-centric
Its the focus of Asian people genetically, and Asian culture, as well as traditions, preserving what they are, an keeping intact with that, its not racist, however beware of racists who use this, if you wish to know more I'd advise studying coon's book 'race's of europe' which gives an idea of this aspect,
However, keep in mind that this doesn't mean all people are the same by skin tone but rather by other phenotypes, an Y chromosomes etc.
IE R1b1b (Western europe)
I1a (Scandinavia)
R1a(Eastern/Central/India/Parts of China)

If you add the suffix centric to any noun you give the meaning that this noun is the main focus of your attention. For example, if I create an English literature syllabus and someone says it is too Eurocentric, this means I have included only, or almost only, European authors and forgotten to think about other continents. So if you are Asiacentric your focus is mainly or completely on Asia to the exclusion of other places.
