Please read about Roma, the biggest European minority, who experience discrimination in everyday life from discrimination in schools (segregation), in employment, housing etc., they are being stereotyped and stigmatized on their every step. And Shakira is just adding to that. I can't explain myself what she tried to achieve with that song, really.
