How Do You Say Goodnight In Chinese/Japanese?
"SAYONARA" means "good bye" in Japanese.
In Chinese here this is the ping yin "wan an"
Chinese pinyin "wǎn ān"
How about the Japanese "SAYONARA", should be close enough for government work.
Actually, there is a way to say goodnight in Chinese and not just goodbye. It's pronounced "wan an".
There is no way to say that, you would have to put two words of varied context together, you have to say goodbye or zaijian pronounce like (zhigeeon), hope that helps. =]
