You haven't given much information in your question. Do you have any pain or soreness in the breast? Since you are in your 40s', have you had your yearly mammogram? How long have you had this condition? Did you injure the breast in the past few days? Since I don't know the answers to these questions, it is hard to give you much input. I can only suggest that you see a doctor.
