Your objectives are the main things you want to achieve. We often speak of objectives as subdivisions of a long term or overall goal, so you may have one goal - to be a better salesperson, lets say - and a list of objectives which are more detailed and concrete, such as meeting your targets, doing a certain amount of training etc.
