There must be a Gazillion answer to this question.

My First thoughts:

Generate a business model where you receive recurrent revenues over 12 months loans (payments). Lock that money up at high interest no risk funds for 12 months. Repeat each year.

So you do the work once, then it renews itself every months (but you try to lock your customers for 12 months so that you can get higher interests) .

What Does Recurring Revenue Mean? The
portion of a company's revenue that is highly likely to continue in the
future. This is revenue that is predictable, stable and can be counted
on in the future with a high degree of certainty.

Investopedia explains Recurring Revenue For
example, a cable company that has millions of customers paying monthly
could consider a large portion of its monthly revenues to be recurring
in nature.   Many market pundits consider recurring revenue to be a
highly desirable quality for a company to have.

Nice concept!
Good luck and wait for other answers !
