My Hemoglobin Count Is 8.1 And Total Iron Saturation 3. What Does This Mean?

Well, when I was at my Basic Training for the Army, I tried to give blood, but you must have a hemoglobin of 2.5 and I was at a 2.3 so I could not give blood. That being said, if your's is that high, I would consult a doctor, but the hemoglobin is just how thick or thin your blood is!
