My MCH Was 31.7, What Does It Mean?

MCH = mean corpuscle hemoglobin.  This value indicates the average mass of hemoglobin per RBC. The normal range is 26.3 to 33.8 picograms/cell.  Since yours is within the range, then you have normal result.  If the value is less than the range, you have a form of microcytic anemia.  If it is greater, you have macrocytic anemia.
