Here are ten virtues that drive ethical behavior:
Beneficence - charity and doing good for others around you.
Fidelity - truthfulness in what you do. Striving for accuraccy.
Gentleness - being kind in your affairs. There's no point in being that miserable person going around everyday. A little gentleness goes a long way and you can pacify different situations every day if you just keep calm and carry on.
Humility - this is the quality of being humble and modest no matter how much worse or better off you might think a person is to you. As with all the other virtues, everyone deserves to be respected for the simple fact that they are human, there are a lot of things that make us different but when it comes down to it we all need the same basic things to live.
Justice - you will act fairly and within the law and in turn you will be treated fairly.
Here's a clip that represents just that (from one of my favorite movies):
Perseverance - this is the ability to stick to a task and see it through. You've committed to start it and now you must keep it up until the end.
Responsibility - you are accountable for your affairs and actions and it is your obligation the be responsible for them, you have a choice in how you deal with sticky situations.
Sanctity of life - this is the law of ethics that says that human life is sacred and should not be violated.
Tolerance - a fair attitude to other people even when they are very different from you. There are so many people in the world, you are bound to meet brilliant people of different race, practices, religions and nationalities, the key to tolerance is allowing people to live their own path on life.
Work - effort and productivity on your tasks or employments.
