Lava is a molten rock that has been expelled by the volcano during the eruption from a volcano. Magma is said to be the molten rock that is found below the surface of the earth. When for the first time the lava has been ejected with the help of a volcanic vent, it is in the form of a liquid which is at the temperature of 700 degrees Celsius.
