It is when you are in a situation that you suddenly recognize as having experienced or dreamed about prior to the event. Sometimes it is a dream that has stuck with you and suddenly the recognition of the event and dream collide or even more eerie is when you just know what is going to be said and done and know that this has happened in your mind prior to the time it is currently happening.
It is simply the feeling that you have been or done something before even though did not.
"deja vu" means you see or experience something that has happened before. It's like "here we go again" and you recognize that event as it happens again. It has nothing to do with forseeing the future.
It is something that has happened before to you. Like say you got a call from your mom, and the next day she called you and said the exact same thing.
When u go to sleep at nyt your soul starts to search time. And u get that feeling because your souls oready been there u just havent lived it.
