The Saying "Practice makes perfect" is pretty straight forward. The more times you do something, the better you get, at it.

Because Learning is an ongoing process and anyone learning anything new ,needs to practice whatever is learnt. If we work regularly we get not only perfection but also a competitive edge.
For example: If we fail in learning to ride bicycle we should not stop learning it.
If we stop, can we get any perfection in that?no
Similarly in learning Mathematics if we face any difficulties in solving the problem we should not stop practicing unless we succeed in getting the correct solution.
So it could be simply said that practice is the only Mantra for success in today’s Competitive world
