It means that its new but has no tags on it

It means the item is so newly posted that no one has related it to any searches yet. It's not a bad thing and usually doesn't last more than a day or two if the item is searched for a lot.
I'm not 100% sure on what it means but maybe they got it as a gift and it wasn't the right size or they've bought it, ripped the tags and then realised it wasn't what they wanted... That's my best guess
It might mean it was a girt and they don't want it or it didnt fit, you can always ask the seller before you bid or buy
