Black discharge from the penis is never normal. It could be dried blood, dirt, or crusted discharge. This could be a problem with the penis or the bladder. A urinary tract infection and bladder stones should be ruled out. Examination of the penis and prepuce for trauma, masses, and infection should be performed.
