The fact of the matter is, if your employment was terminated it is in your work history and employers can be quite understanding if you are honest and quite forward with the information. If you try to hide it and they find out later they can terminate your employment on that count. Which in some states constitutes a felony. Misleading or falsification of a document =5-15 years in prison sorry. Honestly I would rather see terminated on an application when I hire because I am not looking for an english major I am looking for workers.
