There are variations on how you say it depending on who you are saying it to. Examples are below:

Hebrew (Israel) [to a man] is "Baruch haba"
Hebrew (Israel) [to a woman] is "Brucha haba'a"
Hebrew (Israel) [to several men] is "Bruchim habayim"
Hebrew (Israel) [to several men] is "Bruchim habaim"
Hebrew (Israel) [to several women] is "Bruchot haba'ot'"
Hebrew (Israel) [to several women] is "Bruchot habaot"

Hope that helps!
