What Does Ah Si Como Estas Bien Amigo Mean?

If it's "Si, como estas?" then it means "yes, how are you?" and "Bein amigo" means "good friend"...
So I'm almost positive they're asking "how are you good friend".
I could be wrong, but it looks that way :)
