Sometimes if you sleep under the blankets (including your face under) the air circulation gets poor and therefore you are breathing in dry air. You don't need to get a cool mist humidifier, just take your head out from under the covers. Simple as that miss know-it-all's
That the atmosphere is really dry usually. My son always got nosebleeds when it was dry and the only thing that helped him was running a cool mist humidifier in his bedroom 24/7. Also keep yourself well hydrated by drinking lots of water. Good luck:)
