There can be many reasons of frustration; these reasons will be according to the person's environment. But the basic reason of the frustration is the "NEED" of something. Whatever the need is, when the need of a person is not fulfilled then that person become frustrated.
Let us suppose, a person is struggling for getting a job, even that person has a good qualification and skill, but he/she is not able to get the job then, that person become frustrated. It can also be possible that a person love someone so much, but that person is not able to obtain his/her love or even can't meet his/her love. That person try so hard and think about each and every way to meet with that person and to obtain that person but when he/she fails, then only one thing is left that is frustration.
Also there are many people in his world who are continuously struggling for obtain the basic needs of their life, some people find it and when someone don't obtain their needs then, they become frustrated and just hate this world and their life.
On the contrary, there are many people who have much money and all the facilities of this world but still they are very frustrated, just because they need peace and love.
