Not at all. If their friends then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. But if they start to show signs that they are liking each other more then there you have a problem.

I would have to say that maybe he thinks you are an interesting person and wants to get to know you  but doesnt want to show it. Some kids are sensitive that way. They just have a hard time showing their emotions or wat they have to say. That would be my guess.

Ok this is how I will put it... Guys like that are usually bad news. If they flirt with other people just to get you jealous, then that states in my opinion that they don't care who they are with.  I hope this helps you.
