How you should deal with the problem of your head feeling hot depends on how long the problem persists for and the nature of the problem.

If this is just a short term problem then you may just be feeling overheated as a result of warm weather or exhaustion. However if this is a more longstanding issue, then you may need to take some steps to get the problem diagnosed.

The first thing to do would be to measure your temperature with a thermometer. It may be that your hot head is linked to some kind of fever. The normal range of human temperature is somewhere between 36.5 degrees C and 37.5 d C (98 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit). If your temperature is higher than this, then you may have a fever. If this is the case, ensure you remain well hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

However, if you have no other symptoms and you do not believe you are suffering from a fever, then there is a possibility that you might be suffering from some sort of neurological problem. You should visit your doctor and explain your symptoms to them. If they believe that your problem requires further attention and treatment, then they may recommend that you consult a neurologist and help arrange an appointment for you.
