Its a computer policy restriction ... Log in as administrator, Run gpedit.msc and navigate thru the following:Local Computer Policy | Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | SecuritySettings | Local Policies | User Rights AssignmentLook at "Change the System Time", which by default is applied to Power Usersand Administrators.Add 'INTERACTIVE' as an additional User. This will allow whoever has logged in to change the Date and Time.Issue is now fixed for all accounts on that machine.
