Are there real life enchantresses?
There are any number of wannabes. In a lifetime of searching, though, I haven't found the real thing.
I had a neighbour who did Tarot readings. She told me that a woman once came to her home and wanted her to put a curse on her husband's girlfriend. My friend was horrified and said, "I would never do such a thing." The woman insisted and pulled out an advertisement, saying, "It says here that you do curses!" Meg looked at it and laughed, then explained, "This says I teach courses."
This one can enchant me anytime she wishes !
Heck yeah, here's one that drives me crazy:

There are women, whom fully understand the intricate ways of Body language, and understand pheromones as well . . .
Some may not even be totally aware of it and those are the best ones. They send signals that keep men watching. Some are aware, and some are not.
Nothing magical here though, just nature and how we have evolved to respond.
