How about Skawk, Sk from skinny and awk from hawk.
What should my nickname be? My first name is Gavin. My initials are GWW. Im slim and my name means "White Hawk" (nickname musts:appropriate, sounds badass, one word) I already came up with Hawk, but i want to see if I can find anything better.
You can't give yourself a nickname. That isn't how it works. It is something given to you by a friend or family member to suit you or your personality.
Other people have to give you your nickname, you can't pick your own.
Nicknames aren't all they're cracked up to be. You may be better off sticking with your own name. Your "badass" requirement might get you into trouble given your "slim" build. Just be yourself. If you earn a nickname, it'll come in time.
I've known a few people who had nicknames that followed them around like a bad smell.
I worked with one guy called Billygoat (for his irrational behaviour) but his name was changed to Billy the Kid when he proved he didn't have the brains of a full-grown goat.
Another was called Buttercup (an Australian bakery which advertised its bread as "the big Sydney loaf"). It was very appropriate because he'd rather loaf than work. His nickname was changed to "The Bulb" an acronym for Big Useless Lazy Bstd.
We had a guy named Keggy who couldn't keep off the booze, another called Lumpy who, as a young man, had been in his share of fights (and still carried the lumps), another called Eno's (because "he knows everything" and so on.
As the others have pointed out, you don't give yourself a nickname. Don't be too eager to have somebody else label you.
How about earnst
How about seagull. Sounds rough and mysterious.
how about "Doofus" ?
Hmmm! For as long as I remember it's been so hard to hia of a nice nick name. During childhood I was nick named perfectionist which I hated till now coz I really don't see myself as one and tho others/my friends and everyone else thinks I am it sucks as it tends to isolate u so don't be quick to ask for one coz in most cases nicknames are the simplest ways of criticising your personality and myself I hate it.
