The good news is that there's more than enough true love to go around. Whoever wrote that has a rather unhappy, cynical view of love.
It might be more appropriate to quote a contributor to the Ask forum (Nero's Mom) who wrote, "Love is having a shadow even when there is no sun in sight."
I don't really go with it, true love can never be seen , even if it's all around you, just like ghosts it can only be felt , none see ghost , they feel it , they make a issue of it and make others believe on it, just like them , love is felt , they imagine it , flying hearts and other things! It's that simple!

I agree with Didge, it is cynical. The truth is either with true love or ghosts, you need to believe or at least be open to see either one.
I feel nice cause it's a nice & thoughtful quote & it's so true.
But there's a little line, usually it's not people's fault if they never experienced seeing a ghost, (because also ghost has different definition according to the person's life style) but for the most people it's their own fault, with their own wrong expectations, wrong ideals, wrong behavior about the love, wrong places & Wrong people, wrong choices, wrong decisions ect . . That they never felt / seen a true love. So many people might not understand how it can be their fault but for so many it is.
