In Mexico, how does a younger sister refer to her older brother when speaking to him, as in reverse one could say Hermanito to a younger brother?

From what I remember from Spanish class and working with native Spanish speakers, the "ito" and "ita" suffixes are not only used to denote someone smaller, but also as a sign of affection. So they could still call an older brother hermanito, otherwise it would just be hermano.
