Saki would typically refer to the pen name taken by Hector Hugh Munro, a British Edwardian satirist. "Saki" is also the nickname given to engineer and producer who operates One Way Studio, Masaki Liu. It comes from saqi, an Arabic word meaning 'cupbearer' in Sufi poetry.

Saki is also a monkey (called bearded saki) which is a New World monkey. Saki (that is, sake) is the Japanese term given to salmon; it is a common variety of sushi. The term saki is also a variant spelling of sake, which refers to a Japanese alcohol which comes from rice. This is frequently called as "rice wine". There is also a language which is used by a number of native people located in Madang Province, situated in Papua New Guinea which shares the same name.
