Well, Baby oil is basically a cosmetic product and not a substitute for Olive oil. Especially when you want to use it internally as for ear ache. For use on skin and externally it is good, However for ear ache and and other internal use, I would recommend you to use only Olive oil. It is the best product so far for baby's use.
